About This Role

This role involves leading the rapid growth of field service businesses within the region, using Continuous Process Solution (CIPS) tools and applying Servant Leadership principles to ensure an Unmatched Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth-oriented business plan for the region, including new technologies and aggressive growth action plans
  • Execute the regional field service annual operating plan against budgets
  • Ensure new business opportunities align with established financial goals
  • Manage and direct field service deployment using regional and national resources
  • Develop new field service business opportunities
  • Ensure an Unmatched Customer Experience through frequent customer contact, keeping them informed of new products/services and responding to inquiries
  • Partner with service center leaders to manage regional field service organization and marketing efforts
  • Coach, train, and support professional growth of field service engineers and technicians
  • Develop business plans with each service center outlining volume, growth objectives, target accounts, and focus areas
  • Ensure pricing is consistent with market levels and company objectives
  • Support and utilize CIPS tools and processes
  • Promote a safety-first culture

Requirements

  • 10 + years of field service experience
  • Knowledge of motor repair, field service, and related product lines
  • Prior management experience
  • Experience in quoting projects and preparing business plans
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and apply strong analytical problem-solving dynamics in a continuous improvement environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused with professional, effective communication
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of field service experience and prior management experience
