About This Role

Act as a liaison between pet owners, referring veterinarians, and specialty departments to coordinate appointments and manage medical record communications at a veterinary emergency and specialty hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between pet owners, referring veterinarians, and DoveLewis’ Specialty departments
  • Coordinate appointments
  • Manage medical record communications
  • Support a seamless client experience from check-in to discharge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced administrative, receptionist, or client service role
  • At least 6 months of experience in an emergency or specialty veterinary setting
  • Prior experience using veterinary practice management software

Qualifications
