Recruitment Sourcer

About This Role

This role involves identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across various industries and service offerings to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates for clients' hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and preliminarily screen candidates for open client job requirements across all service offerings
• Build and maintain warm and active candidate pipelines within specific industry focuses
• Act as the main driver of all sourcing efforts within assigned client groups
• Partner closely with Workforce Specialists to manage a high volume (40+) of open client requirements simultaneously
• Maintain and exceed established KPI targets, including interviews, candidate pipeline size, and quality-of-hire metrics
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and Boolean search techniques
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates for future roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Workforce Specialists to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking within ATS and CRM systems
• Stay up to date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and innovative sourcing techniques

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably within an agency or high-volume environment
• Proven success in pipeline management and candidate relationship building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably within an agency or high-volume environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience sourcing candidates in the U.S. market
• Experience recruiting for industries such as mining, construction, manufacturing, or energy
