Receptionist

About This Role

Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. This role supports administrative tasks and offers growth opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients with a warm and detail-oriented approach
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering and directing inbound calls efficiently
• Handle switchboard operations for phone systems ranging from 1 to 30 lines
• Organize and distribute incoming mail and packages, including UPS and FedEx deliveries
• Perform filing and scanning tasks to maintain organized and accessible records
• Operate standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-maintained at all times

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar role
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations
• Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Word and other standard office software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Knowledge of standard office equipment and its operation
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Qualifications
