About This Role

This role involves operating a proprietary internet-based Rebalancer application, proactively communicating with clients, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments to provide solutions and support.

Responsibilities

  • Operate our proprietary internet-based Rebalancer application
  • Communicate with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner through scheduled phone conversations and those that require specific client assistance
  • Decipher, process and follow through with client requests
  • Work internally to help client to set up their individual, unique site within our system
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal Black Diamond departments when needed

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Solution-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Strong communication & organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution (Business/Finance/Information Systems Majors preferred)
