About This Role

Blank Rome LLP is seeking a Real Estate Associate specializing in hospitality to join its growing practice. This role involves negotiating agreements and handling the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, construction, and financing of hospitality real estate projects.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in hospitality real estate
• Savvy in negotiating management agreements, branding agreements, acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, construction, and financing of real estate projects (especially hotels, resorts, mixed-use)
• Admitted to practice in California and/or New York
• Self-motivated, personable team player
• Comfortable directly interfacing with clients and leading matters
• Outstanding academic and professional credentials

Qualifications

• At least 3-6 years of experience, specifically in the hospitality area for our growing hospitality practice

Nice to Have

• Experience in a large law firm setting
