Responsibilities
- Structure lender's-side debt financing transactions
- Draft lender's-side debt financing transactions
- Negotiate lender's-side debt financing transactions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in finance
- Significant hands-on experience in structuring middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions
- Strong UCC Article 9 experience
- Admitted to practice in respective state
- Self-motivated, confident, personable team player
- Outstanding professional and academic credentials
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions
