Radiologic Technologist (Mobile-Local)

About This Role

This role is for a mobile Radiologic Technologist who will travel between sites in Dutchess County to perform x-ray services and provide administrative support to ensure efficient clinic operation. The role involves direct patient care, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services for patients of all age groups under the clinical direction of a Medical Provider to assist in diagnosis or treatment
• Ensure patients are positioned correctly and protected during x-ray procedures
• Travel between multiple sites to provide X-ray services as needed
• Push patients in wheelchairs when necessary
• Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment
• Maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control logs for equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, and perform preventive maintenance
• Submit repair tickets for equipment as needed
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the centers

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration
• Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Ability to pass an MVR background check
• Access to a personal vehicle

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program
• Previous clinical experience preferred

• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
