This entry-level Racker position in the Anodizing Department involves affixing aluminum pieces onto metal anodizing racks while examining articles for defects and complying with safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Examine articles for defects and sort articles according to extent of defect
- Affix aluminum pieces of varied sizes onto titanium metal anodizing racks
- Frequently lift and carry boxes of parts weighing no more than thirty pounds
- Differentiate between varied sizes, shapes, and styles of pieces
- Comply with safety policies and procedures
- Wear the required personal protective equipment
- Accept feedback from the Team Leader to ensure loads are up to safety standards
Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED preferred
- Entry-level position, prior anodizing and/or metal experience a plus
