Anodizing Trainee

About This Role

This entry-level position is responsible for affixing aluminum pieces to titanium metal anodizing racks in an industrial setting, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Examine articles for defects and sort articles according to extent of defect
• Affix aluminum pieces of different sizes to titanium metal anodizing racks
• Frequently lift and carry boxes of parts weighing no more than 30 pounds
• Differentiate between different sizes, shapes and styles of pieces
• Comply with safety policies and procedures
• Wear required personal protective equipment
• Accept feedback from the Team Leader to ensure loads are up to safety standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• HS Diploma/GED
• Reliable transportation during working hours
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing no more than 30 pounds
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work 3rd shift (Sunday night to Thursday night) 9:00 pm - 5:00 am
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime on off days as necessary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED
• Entry-level position, no prior experience mentioned beyond age and education
