About This Role

This role involves providing comprehensive bookkeeping services, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining efficient records for an organization as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify and balance financial transactions
• Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial data and generate reports
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights on company performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly
• Collaborate with team members to streamline bookkeeping practices and enhance efficiency
• Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting financial needs
• Provide support during audits, ensuring all required documentation is readily available

Requirements

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software and advanced knowledge of its features
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
• Skilled in performing bank reconciliations with accuracy
• Familiarity with preparing financial statements and analyzing data
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role
