Quick Lane Service Advisor

About This Role

The Quick Lane Service Advisor oversees service orders and ensures customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service at Leif Johnson Ford. This role involves managing the flow of the Drive Lane, taking ownership of the customer's experience, and providing technical advice regarding vehicle services and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective customer service
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary
• Oversee administration of warranty claims, and train and supervise the service department
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards, encouraging compliance with laws and regulations
• Maintain good working relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations
