Quality Control Coordinator, Servicing Officer

About This Role

Serve as the subject matter expert for the Consumer Credit Service Center loan servicing team, supporting and maintaining the Loan System for Consumer and Small Business loans and lines of credit. Oversee daily operations, ensure timely and accurate processing of loan servicing and maintenance requests, and maintain compliance with Bank policies and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Consumer Credit Service Center loan servicing team
• Support, maintain, and service the Loan System for Consumer and Small Business loans and lines of credit
• Assist the CCSC Department Manager with overseeing daily operations of the CCSC loan servicing team
• Plan, assign, and direct work towards processing loan servicing and maintenance requests timely and accurately
• Meet service level agreement requirements
• Ensure servicing responsibilities comply with Bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in consumer loans and/or mortgage loan servicing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and make decisions without established written procedures
• Able to plan, organize, delegate and implement tasks assigned to the department
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
• Possess strong attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with quality results
• Excellent time management skills and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in consumer loans and/or mortgage loan servicing
