Quality Assurance Lab Technician

About This Role

The Quality Assurance Lab Technician gathers and compiles technical data into deliverables packages according to industry and customer standards. This role coordinates with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy and performs inspections using various mechanical and electrical measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, trust and integrity
• Review and verify QC deliverables before presenting to designated customer representatives
• Interface with supplier quality, receiving, procurement, and additional production departments to obtain and compile all necessary documentation for source inspection package
• Work on complex assignments requiring independent action and initiative to resolve issues
• Interface with the TTM quality control team on the input and review of inspection data for items subject to procurement requirements
• Perform inspections using various mechanical and electrical measuring devices

Requirements

• Ability to perform assigned tasks independently with limited supervision
• Ability to read and understand PCB drawings
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Detailed oriented individual
• Ability to use measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, or CMM equipment
• Ability to work both independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills in English-verbal & written, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
• Ability to manage multiple administrative and written tasks professionally and accurately within designated timelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
