About This Role

As a Proprietary Trader, you will leverage T3's financial strength and professional-grade infrastructure to execute independent trading strategies across Futures, Equities, and Options markets. Your role involves making independent decisions to maximize profitability while contributing to a seasoned trading community.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades in accordance with established trading strategies and risk management guidelines
• Monitor market conditions, analyze data, and identify trading opportunities
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop and refine trading strategies
• Utilize advanced trading tools and technology to execute trades efficiently
• Monitor and manage trade positions, including risk exposure and portfolio performance
• Stay informed about market trends, economic news, and industry developments that may impact trading strategies
• Collaborate with other traders and teams to share insights and optimize trading performance
• Continuously evaluate and improve trading strategies based on market conditions and performance analysis
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to trading activities
• Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful trading in one or more financial markets
• Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management strategies
• Proficient in utilizing trading platforms and tools to execute trades
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make informed trading decisions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced trading environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and share insights with other traders
• High level of self-motivation, discipline, and resilience
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and trading strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record of successful trading in one or more financial markets
