About This Role

This role involves reviewing and editing high-volume financial documents and investor communication materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Work closely with executives to align all content with company goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and proofread high-volume proxy statements, annual reports, and supplemental documents for clarity and consistency
• Edit Investor Day presentation decks and other investor communication materials for accuracy and precision
• Verify the content of supplemental documents, such as 65-page reports, for adherence to organizational standards
• Collaborate with executives to ensure all materials align with the company's messaging and goals
• Perform proofreading and editing tasks related to system reporting and presentations
• Maintain high-quality standards across all reviewed content, adhering to established guidelines
• Utilize PowerPoint and Excel to review and edit presentation decks effectively
• Ensure all written materials reflect the organization's mission and values
• Stay organized while managing a high workload and prioritizing tasks effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in proofreading and copy editing
• Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure
• Proficiency in using PowerPoint and Excel for editing and presentation purposes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with executives
• Passion for maintaining high-quality standards in all written materials
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Proven experience in proofreading and copy editing, preferably with reputable organizations
