About This Role

This Project Manager role is the central link between Product, Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, guiding new product launches from conception to market release within the soft goods sector. The position focuses on building project timelines, driving cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage crystal-clear project timelines in ClickUp, ensuring all tasks, dependencies, and milestones are on track.
  • Rally cross-functional teams, clarify priorities, and oversee details, including sample shipments.
  • Identify potential roadblocks, adjust project plans, and communicate changes confidently.
  • Conduct energizing meetings, provide concise updates, and keep global partners, including overseas factories, informed.
  • Apply Lean and Business Process Management (BPM) principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
  • Model positivity under pressure and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years project management experience in consumer products, soft goods, gear, or apparel
  • Hands-on experience managing soft goods or apparel development cycles (concept through production and launch)
  • Familiarity with tech packs, BOMs, and specification documents
  • Proficiency with modern Project Management tools, especially ClickUp
  • Sharp organization and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead by influence and juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfort working on-site (5 days/week) in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Qualifications

  • 4+ years managing projects that shipped on time and on budget, preferably within consumer products, soft goods, gear, or apparel.
