Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout for a growing, relationship-driven general contractor. Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring quality and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams and field leadership to drive execution
- Handle RFI/submittal flow, change orders, procurement, and reporting
- Keep projects moving smoothly while maintaining quality and profitability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects as a PM
- Ability to lead projects independently
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive under pressure
- Comfortable working across a mix of renovations and ground-up builds
