Support project managers in executing major company projects by coordinating activities, resources, and communication, and ensuring project objectives are met from initiation to completion. This role involves managing project plans, reports, and technical documents.
Responsibilities
- Distribute communications
- Coordinate meetings
- Support user readiness activities
- Prepare Steering Committee Decks (PowerPoint presentations)
- Manage action items
- Manage requests for new additions to training classes
- Map employees to training classes
- Provide lists of classes, instructors, and participants
- Ensure training has been scheduled through EL&D
- Reschedule training for missed sessions
- Coordinate with field resources for training availability
- Obtain classrooms in districts/regions
- Track training completion
- Manage passwords in the training environment
- Serve as backup resource for scheduling training classes into SuccessFactors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
