Design diverse projects using Revit across commercial, retail, mixed-use, science and technology, hospitality, and multi-family residential sectors, with a special focus on mission-critical projects. This role includes managing and mentoring junior staff while creating comprehensive construction documentation and renderings.
Responsibilities
- Design projects in Revit, focusing on commercial, mission-critical, data centers, and multi-family housing
- Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering an environment of encouragement and growth
- Prepare construction documentation and technical coordination with MEP partners
- Create renderings and construction documents for various project types
- Engage in heavy emphasis on construction documentation and technical coordination
Requirements
- 3 years of architectural experience
- Proficiency in architectural material and systems detailing and envelope systems design
- Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
Qualifications
- 3 years of architectural experience
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
