Program Manager with Security Clearance

About This Role

Lead the maintenance and sustainment support for the DISA Global Force Management (GFM) Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring system availability, stability, and interoperability of JPES and JCRM. Manage all aspects of the contract, including technical, administrative, and personnel resources.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) describing the technical approach, organizational resources, communication strategy, and management controls.
• Act as the full authority for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation.
• Manage the overall contract onsite, with all sections reporting to this position.
• Ensure the manning and training of contract staff is adequate for meeting deliverables.
• Handle all administrative functions and liaise with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies.
• Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show project progress to management and customers.
• Organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates and oversee successful completion of all assigned tasks.
• Report the status of all work performed under the PSOW, including work orders, software and hardware purchases, and license payments.
• Develop and maintain a Master Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS).
• Develop and maintain a Master Project Schedule aligned with the Master WBS.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business Management discipline (or 14 years of experience)
• 10+ years of experience in program management
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Secret clearance
