About This Role

This role involves leading the execution of marketing initiatives, primarily focusing on Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing, for seller events within a large matrixed organization. The Program Manager will act as the key liaison between various teams to ensure precise and impactful delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for Product and Lifecycle Marketing programs, including the Marketplace newsletter and webinars
  • Act as the primary liaison between Strategists, business partners, channel partners, and the internal creative studio for asset production
  • Translate technical program specifications into actionable creative briefs, managing complex deliverables and last-minute requirements
  • Support the team's migration from Jira/Asana to Airtable to streamline workflows and improve project visibility
  • Partner with Brand, Creative, Operations teams, and business partners across various hubs to ensure marketing alignment
  • Proactively gather missing information from stakeholders to prevent bottlenecks for the Creative team
  • Maintain high standards for brand consistency across all physical and digital marketing assets

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in Program Management or Marketing Project Management
  • Specific focus on Product Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing within a B2B/Corporate environment
  • Deep familiarity with product launch processes and lifecycle marketing requirements (e.g., email segmentation, content personalization, campaign tracking, go-to-market timelines)
  • Proficiency in Jira and Asana
  • Ability to handle rapid changes, shifting deadlines, and high-pressure program execution with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Program Management or Marketing Project Management, with a specific focus on Product Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing within a B2B/Corporate environment.
