The Program Manager, Bank Partnerships Marketing will manage the end-to-end Bank Partnerships Marketing Collateral Review program within the Issuing team. This individual contributor role involves coordinating submissions, facilitating bank approvals, and driving continuous improvement in tooling and workflow, including AI-enabled solutions, to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
Responsibilities
- Support the Bank Partnerships Marketing Collateral Review program end-to-end by coordinating submissions, clarifying requirements, negotiating timelines, and facilitating bank approvals.
- Support partner engagement with banks and networks by building relationships, staying current on marketing guidelines, and translating partner input into clear internal guidance.
- Enable cross-functional alignment to speed approvals by working with various internal teams to translate bank and network feedback into review-ready guidance.
- Proactively improve the system by identifying bottlenecks, proposing and implementing changes to workflows, roles, and tools, and scaling successful approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, versions, and rationales to support audit readiness and ensure compliance with partner, network, and internal policy standards.
- Communicate with clarity by providing concise, action-oriented updates to stakeholders and escalating risks early with data-backed options.
- Apply AI for efficiency and quality by utilizing AI/LLM-powered tools for triage, policy checks, drafting suggestions, metadata extraction, and automated routing to reduce cycle time and improve submission quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or product operations management in fintech, issuing, banking, or highly regulated industries
- Direct experience shepherding materials through bank or partner approvals
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing timelines and priorities
- Strong project and program management skills
- Strong grasp of bank/network marketing and brand guidelines and regulatory landscape for consumer communications in financial services
- Experience designing and improving scalable workflows and governance
- Experience implementing tooling (e.g., workflow/orchestration, ticketing, documentation)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Practical experience applying AI/automation to business processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of program or product operations management in fintech, issuing, banking, or highly regulated industries, with direct experience shepherding materials through bank or partner approvals.
