About This Role

This role involves handling a mix of inbound and outbound sales activities, focusing on Professional Liability and Cyber Security insurance solutions. This specialist will consult with clients, pre-qualify prospects, and cross-sell Property & Casualty products.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and web-generated leads
• Make outbound follow-up calls to close sales
• Consult with clients on Professional Liability and Cyber Security coverage
• Pre-qualify prospects and ask underwriting questions
• Cross-sell additional Property & Casualty products
• Overcome objections and guide clients through the buying process
• Document all activity in internal systems
• Ensure compliance with carrier, state, and company guidelines

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license
• Prior inside sales, call center, or insurance sales experience
• Comfort with both inbound and outbound phone-based sales
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Performance-driven and comfortable working toward goals
• Ability to navigate multiple systems independently
