AMBA is seeking a Medicare Advisor to provide personalized consultations on Medicare Advantage plans and retirement solutions to retired public servants in Arizona. The role involves leveraging company-provided leads and educating members at various events.
Responsibilities
- Leverage company-provided leads, with no cold calling
- Conduct personalized consultations via phone, Zoom, or in-person
- Educate members on Medicare Advantage plans, supplemental coverage, and retirement-focused solutions
- Present at workshops, association meetings, and chapter events
- Use a consultative approach to identify member needs and guide benefit decisions
- Manage your own schedule, supporting work-life balance
- Participate in ongoing training, including Medicare Advantage education and compliance support
Requirements
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Passion for serving retirees and simplifying complex healthcare decisions
- Eagerness to grow within a highly regulated and evolving industry
