Product Lead

About This Role

Lead product development for AI-powered software within client organizations, focusing on understanding user workflows and delivering real-world value. This role involves active participation in discovery, prioritization, and execution, working closely with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to observe workflows, run discovery, and translate insights into actionable software requirements
• Develop and apply structured prioritization methods to guide trade-offs, balancing user value, business outcomes, and technical feasibility
• Keep teams focused on the highest-leverage opportunities
• Scope projects with realistic estimates and clear milestones that deliver value early and often
• Lead small pods of engineers and operators to ship high-quality, on-time solutions
• Facilitate leadership updates and reporting to ensure executives are aligned and confident in progress
• Work directly with APIs, data pipelines, and AI models to shape and validate solutions
• Partner with engineers to design and ship AI-driven tools that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows
• Establish best practices for evaluating AI tools, weighing accuracy, usability, and long-term fit
• Stay current on AI capabilities and translate them into practical client applications

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Proven ability to balance discovery and delivery
• Experience leading small engineering teams or pods
• Consulting mindset: able to embed, guide practices, and earn trust quickly
• Excellent communication skills for end users, engineers, and executives
• Comfortable working with APIs and data pipelines
• Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Ability to make smart build choices with AI (APIs, custom GPTs)
• Operates confidently in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS ecosystems)

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally building tools for complex workflows or mission-critical environments.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with enterprise integrations (e.g., Tableau)
