This Product Analyst role serves as a subject matter expert, bridging business stakeholders, vendors, and IT support for the HealthTouch Implementation project, focusing on requirement gathering, application configuration, support, and product improvement.
Responsibilities
- Research and troubleshoot operational issues
- Develop product requirements
- Develop and maintain SLAs, ISAM, data extracts, and other application support
- Analyze product data to identify trends and make recommendations for product improvement
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and make recommendations for solutions
- Participate in complex projects supporting technology initiatives, including design, development, implementation, and training
- Execute project work and ensure customer service excellence
Requirements
- Ability to operate within a matrixed organization
- Familiarity with various delivery processes (SCRUM, Agile)
- Experience with clinical, hospitality, or supply chain applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting
- Strong sense of accountability and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a team-based, collaborative environment
- Strategic mindset, abreast of current technology trends, committed to product/process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years relevant work experience
