About This Role

Serve as a Procurement Analyst to maintain a compliant, accurate, and audit-ready vendor ecosystem by focusing on vendor management and compliance processes within Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

  • Add new vendors to Oracle, ensuring compliance with internal processes and audit standards
  • Update vendor information in Oracle, including banking details, addresses, and contact names, following established guidelines
  • Maintain vendor change trackers and prepare analyses for quarterly audits
  • Manage and maintain HCP reporting data in Oracle, ensuring accurate recording of NPI numbers and HCP-HCO status in vendor entries

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Oracle systems or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track vendor data effectively
  • Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
