About This Role

Provide professional physical therapy services in an outpatient hospital setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. This PRN role involves evaluating patients, planning and implementing treatment, and managing discharge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients
  • Perform patient evaluation, treatment planning and implementation
  • Conduct ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide patient care
  • Communicate clearly and openly
  • Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment
  • Be accountable for performance
  • Look for ways to improve the patient experience

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification
  • Valid Texas License or Temporary License for Physical Therapy
  • 1 year of Licensed PT experience

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
  • 1 year of licensed PT experience
