InstaSwim is seeking private swim instructors to conduct lessons in clients' homes and community pools, offering flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay. The role involves creating customized lesson plans and ensuring student safety and progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons
- Schedule swim lessons with flexibility
- Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations
- Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style
- Assess students' skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet needs
- Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients
- Ensure the safety of the student at all times
Requirements
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults
- Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
