InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to provide swim lessons to clients in their homes and community pools. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to choose clients within your preferred travel radius.
Responsibilities
- Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons
- Schedule swim lessons with flexibility
- Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations
- Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style
- Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs
- Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients
- Ensure safety of the student at all times
Requirements
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults
- Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
