The Private Equity Intern will provide hands-on support in the private equity sector, focusing on financial analysis, deal sourcing, due diligence, investment structuring, and portfolio management. This role offers practical learning in a professional environment and complies with relevant labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Assist in financial modeling, company valuations, and investment performance assessments.
- Identify potential investment opportunities, analyze industry trends, and evaluate market conditions.
- Support the due diligence process by conducting company analysis, reviewing financial statements, and assessing risk factors.
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and investor reports.
- Track the performance of portfolio companies and identify strategies for value creation.
- Support capital-raising activities, manage investor databases, and prepare investor communication materials.
- Gain exposure to equity investments, leveraged buyouts, debt financing, and exit strategies.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain investment documentation, and assist with reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in private equity, investment strategies, and financial markets.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude.
