About This Role

The Investment Banking Intern will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, fundraising, deal structuring, and market research. This role supports the investment banking team and provides exposure to high-profile transactions and senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting financial modeling, company valuations, and preparing key performance reports.
• Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and competitive landscapes to support decision-making.
• Support the preparation of investment memoranda, pitch decks, and due diligence documentation.
• Assist with fundraising activities, investor outreach, and maintaining investor databases.
• Help manage relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners.
• Contribute to the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and financial reports.
• Gain exposure to the deal structuring process, including equity financing, debt arrangements, and convertible securities.
• Assist with the organization of client meetings, investment events, and liaising with potential investors.
• Conduct research on the latest investment trends, financial technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the investment sector.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in investment banking
