About This Role

Join a multidisciplinary treatment team at a leading eating disorder treatment program, providing individual, group, and family therapy while modeling a healthy relationship with food.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Serve as liaison with families and outpatient providers
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning
• Provide therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food
• Provide safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline
• State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
