Pricing Specialist

About This Role

This role involves managing and executing high-volume pricing and promotional activities within the operations team. The specialist will focus on maintaining accuracy and efficiency in pricing updates, campaign execution, and promotion lifecycle management using internal tools and tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute large volumes of pricing changes, including new promotions and updates to existing promotions
• Manage pricing and promotion campaigns across multiple products, features, and pricing strategies using internal tools
• Track promotional activities, pricing changes, and promotion IDs/codes using Smartsheet or similar tracking tools
• Add and configure pricing criteria based on business requirements
• Submit pricing and promotion changes for approval following defined workflows
• Publish approved pricing and promotion updates into production systems
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of pricing data
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to support campaign execution
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to streamline pricing operations

Requirements

• Proven experience handling large volumes of pricing updates and promotional changes
• Strong understanding of pricing models, promotions, and campaign execution
• Experience using tracking tools such as Smartsheet or equivalent systems
• Experience managing approval workflows and publishing changes in pricing systems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling large volumes of pricing updates and promotional changes.
