About This Role

The President will act as Chief Executive Officer, providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to Pope John Paul II High School. This role emphasizes alumni and community engagement, enrollment growth, and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school
• Emphasize alumni and community engagement
• Focus on enrollment growth initiatives
• Oversee development initiatives to support the school's mission
• Work in collaboration with the Pope John Paul II High School Board of Directors
• Report to the Chief Operating Officer of the Office of Catholic Education on administrative matters

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in education, business, nonprofit, or other organizational leadership
• Practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to the mission and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in education, business, nonprofit, or other organizational leadership

Nice to Have

• Experience within a Catholic school setting
• Proven track record in strategic leadership, alumni relations, community engagement, enrollment management, and fundraising
