Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school
- Emphasize alumni and community engagement
- Focus on enrollment growth initiatives
- Oversee development initiatives to support the school's mission
- Work in collaboration with the Pope John Paul II High School Board of Directors
- Report to the Chief Operating Officer of the Office of Catholic Education on administrative matters
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in education, business, nonprofit, or other organizational leadership
- Practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to the mission and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in education, business, nonprofit, or other organizational leadership
Nice to Have
- Experience within a Catholic school setting
- Proven track record in strategic leadership, alumni relations, community engagement, enrollment management, and fundraising
