About This Role

Manage preconstruction services for a leading NYC construction & development firm, focusing on multi-family high-rise projects. Collaborate with the VP and team on estimating, buyouts, value engineering, and project cost control.

Responsibilities

  • Provide preconstruction services across multiple concurrent multi-family projects ($50-200M)
  • Work closely with the VP and existing team
  • Perform estimating and buyouts functions
  • Conduct value engineering
  • Manage project cost control

Requirements

  • 4-10 years' experience in construction preconstruction or project management with estimating
  • Technical (engineering or architecture) degree prior experience

Qualifications

  • Technical (engineering or architecture) degree
  • 4-10 years' experience, either in holistic preconstruction or project management with estimating experience looking to transition to preconstruction.

Nice to Have

  • Existing holistic preconstruction experience
