- Perform case triage decisions: settle now or escalate to the trial team
- Meet monthly performance metrics that directly impact firm profitability
Requirements
- JD
- Minnesota/Illinois bar eligibility
- 1-3 years experience (employment law preferred)
- Proven negotiation track record with measurable results
- A systems-thinking mindset
- An unwavering focus on outcomes over activities
