About This Role

Clemson University is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow in agriculture and applied economics to conduct regional analysis, focusing on the economics of climate-smart practices and regional impacts of production decisions. The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Conduct regional analysis in agriculture and applied economics
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of researchers
Focus on the economics of climate-smart practices for agricultural commodities
Analyze regional impacts of production decisions
Build and run price endogenous models

Requirements

PhD degree in agricultural economics, economics, or closely related field
Experience conducting regional analysis
Strong background conducting general equilibrium analysis
Experience designing, conducting, and analyzing surveys and discrete choice experiments
Experience building and running price endogenous models
