The Pod Lead assists the Production Lead in supervising, training, and supporting production and material handling employees. This role is hands-on, working directly with all shift employees and maintenance members on the plant floor.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Lead in direct oversight, supervision, training, development, and support of production and material handling employees
- Spend substantial time on the plant floor working closely and directly with all shift employees and maintenance members
- Set an example and be directly responsible for improving safety, quality, teamwork, and performance
- Achieve all production goals
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work 12-hour day and night rotating shifts
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
