KI is seeking a full-time Plastics Process Specialist to join their Green Bay manufacturing facility on the 2nd shift. This role involves assisting operators, managing materials, ensuring quality, and providing training and development within the plastics department.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow schedule
- Ensure operators have everything needed
- Assist operators with questions regarding schedule, quality, etc.
- Mix material as needed
- Assist with color changes
- Assist with training of operators
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the department
- Perform material handling within the department
- Regrind scrap
- Clean color pails and maintain color pail area
- Make decisions regarding quality and other departmental decisions
- Provide Plastics Process Manager and Process Specialists with feedback regarding the operation of the shift
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Willingness to train and teach operators
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Mechanically inclined
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Team Player
- Computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to train on any shift
- Positive Attitude
