Physician Pediatric Anesthesiology

About This Role

This locum position involves providing pediatric anesthesiology services including general, regional, neurosurgical, and spine procedures, with scheduled clinical hours and call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage
• Adhere to a 30-minute call response time requirement
• Perform general and regional anesthesia procedures
• Administer anesthesia to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• Conduct neurosurgical and spine procedures
• Perform central and arterial line placements
• Execute X-ray guided block procedures
• Supervise CRNA staff

Requirements

• Ability to respond to calls within 30 minutes
• Experience with general and regional anesthesia procedures
• Experience with adult, pediatric, and neonatal anesthesia
• Experience with neurosurgical and spine procedures
• Skills in central and arterial line placement
• Proficiency in X-ray guided block procedures
• Ability to supervise CRNAs
