Physical Therapy Aide

About This Role

Assist in patient care within an outpatient rehabilitation setting, performing clerical functions and maintaining department upkeep, under direct supervision of a therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assist with exercise programs and modalities, as directed by the therapist
• Maintain equipment and treatment areas in a clean and orderly manner
• Perform routine office functions such as phone calls, patient scheduling, and billing
• Coordinate patient lists
• Maintain department statistics
• Monitor environment of care for the department

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Computer competency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
