Physical Therapy Aide

About This Role

Join ATI Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed therapists in patient care, gain hands-on experience, and assist with administrative tasks in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during daily check-in and throughout appointments
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration processes and assist clinicians with timely scheduling
• Effectively onboard new patients by reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms
• Support Physical Therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas
• Set up and adjust exercise equipment
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team
• Assist patients in performing exercises
• Support patients with their prescribed home exercise programs

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years old
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience; Preferred: Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students), Certified Personal Trainer experience, experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
