Join ATI Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed therapists in patient care, gain hands-on experience, and assist with administrative tasks in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during daily check-in and throughout appointments
- Promote efficient patient intake and registration processes and assist clinicians with timely scheduling
- Effectively onboard new patients by reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms
- Support Physical Therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas
- Set up and adjust exercise equipment
- Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team
- Assist patients in performing exercises
- Support patients with their prescribed home exercise programs
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Must be 18+ years old
- Healthcare and/or customer service experience
Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Healthcare and/or customer service experience; Preferred: Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students), Certified Personal Trainer experience, experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
