Physical Therapist

About This Role

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services at an on-site facility, evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility. This role involves direct patient care, documentation, supervision of support staff, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
