About This Role

Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety, function, and quality of life.

Requirements

Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible)

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited PT program

Nice to Have

SNF or post-acute experience preferred
