Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, patient-centered physical therapy care
- Partner with the Family Practice Clinic
- Collaborate with on-site providers
- Provide limited administrative clinic support
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid physical therapy license in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification
