About This Role

Soliant is seeking a Physical Therapist in Charleston, IL, to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs for patients. This contract role focuses on enhancing physical function through various therapeutic techniques and requires strong communication and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and carry out individualized treatment plans to enhance patient mobility and function
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapy techniques
• Employ physical modalities and gait training to aid patient recovery
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide compassionate care that motivates and supports patients throughout therapy

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant certification and credentials
• Experience in hospital or rehabilitation therapy settings
• Strong understanding of therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
