Requirements
- Meets qualifications as established by APTA
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in state of occupancy
- Must hold a Doctorate in the field of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current valid BLS CPR card
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto liability insurance
