This Physical Therapist role involves providing skilled physical therapy to diverse patients to achieve maximum independence. It requires patient evaluation, treatment, and professional consultation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities
• Account for individual patient's special physical or age-related needs during treatment
• Perform patient/client evaluation and treatment
• Provide professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual functional level and potential

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 30 days of hire
• Physical Therapist License in state of hire and wherever care is delivered
